These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.eventvowaitlist.com (the “Site”) and your decision to join the Eventvo pre-launch waitlist (the “Waitlist”). The Site is operated by Eventvo, Inc. (“Eventvo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the Site, joining the Waitlist, or submitting any information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or join the Waitlist.
Eventvo is building a marketplace to help people plan and book event vendors, and to help vendors get found.
The marketplace is not yet available. The Site is a pre-launch landing page whose only purpose is to share information about Eventvo and let prospective customers and vendors join the Waitlist to receive updates.
Joining the Waitlist:
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Site, the Waitlist, or any part of them at any time, with or without notice.
Any future Eventvo marketplace, app, or service will be governed by separate terms presented to you at that time.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site or join the Waitlist.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Site is intended for users in the United States; we make no claim that it is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
By joining the Waitlist or submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about Eventvo, including Waitlist confirmations, launch announcements, early-access invitations, and planning- or vendor-related updates and marketing, by email and any other channel you provide.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at unsubscribe@eventvo.net.
We may still send you non-marketing messages necessary to respond to your requests.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or remove you from the Waitlist at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.
The Site and its contents—including the Eventvo name, logo, text, graphics, design, and all other materials (the “Content“)—are owned by or licensed to Eventvo and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of evaluating Eventvo and joining the Waitlist.
If you send us information, ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Eventvo (“Feedback“), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
You represent that you have the right to provide any information or Feedback you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (such as our social media profiles) that are not owned or controlled by Eventvo. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies will govern your use of them.
The Site and the Waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventvo disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
We make no promise that Eventvo will launch, that any future service will be offered, or that joining the Waitlist will result in any benefit. Any reliance you place on the Site or on Waitlist participation is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Eventvo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the Waitlist, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventvo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Waitlist will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eventvo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at Info@eventvo.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and Eventvo waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing Info@eventvo.net within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or the Waitlist after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site and ask us to remove you from the Waitlist.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Eventvo regarding the Site and the Waitlist, and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Eventvo.
